EANS privacy policy

EANS only collects data about its members that is lawful, fair and transparent.  The purpose of collecting personal date from our members is to keep our membership records up to date, inform members of EANS events, monitor the payment of membership fees and attendance at events.  EANS and its web hosting company will never share the personal information of EANS members with any external companies or organisations.

When you become a member of EANS, your telephone number and email address will be visible to other members who log in to the website.  This is in order to facilitate networking between members.  The information will not be visible to non-members.

If you decide to cancel your membership of EANS, all your personal details will be deleted from our records and the website.
